What Does “CHL” Stand For?
The agency name is inspired by a nickname given to Justin by his grandfather — Cool Hand Luke, inspired by actor Paul Newman’s portrayal of a man who simply refused to conform. It stuck. So did the philosophy.
After more than two decades of self-employment, Justin started CHL Insurance Solutions to provide education-first guidance on health, life, and supplemental insurance — on the client’s terms, not a carrier’s. He holds active Health and Life licenses in both Florida and Georgia.
