Part C & Part D Consultations

A Scope of Appointment (SOA) is required before we can discuss Medicare Advantage (Part C) or Part D options.

No Obligations.

Completing an SOA does not enroll or obligate you to enroll in a plan.

Easy Digital Process

Once you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive a follow-up email from me with a link to complete your SOA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Plan on about 90 minutes, though some appointments wrap up sooner depending on what we need to cover. I’d rather have the time set aside so we’re never rushed.

Yes. An SOA is required for all consultations any time Medicare Advantage or Part D benefits are to be discussed — the process is quick and easy, and it’s designed to protect you.

Easy. Click the Cancel Event button in your confirmation email. Simply email me when you’re ready to re-schedule, or even better, re-visit the calendar and choose a new time.

Never. Life happens, and I never want you to feel locked in. That said, I do ask for as much notice as possible — a consultation is typically 60 to 90 minutes, and that time is held exclusively for you. A quick email or call goes a long way.

No. You are under no obligation to ever enroll. That said, I’m happy to submit an enrollment for you — with your permission — and that can be done during our first consultation.
